Job Description

• Reporting to the Board, the incumbent will be responsible and oversee the growth and profitability of the Company;
• Formulate strategic business plan and provide direction to the business in liaison with the senior management;
• Develop all long and short term business objectives, policies, budgets and operating plans and oversees the implementation and achievement as planned;
• Lead the management team to achieve the business goals and maintain smooth operation;
• Formulate investment strategies and explore investment opportunities with business partners and potential clients.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder or above;
• Minimum 15 years solid experience in financial industry, in managing wide range of financial products, including internet trading securities, brokerage, Investment banking, Asset and Wealth Management;
• Solid experience in senior management position with P&L responsibility in sizable and listed company
• Tracked record in leading strong financial teams in Hong Kong listed company.
• Strong business connection in the industry and customer base;
• Excellent business acumen and visionary;
• Capable leader with strong people management skills;
• Excellent communication skills, presentable, smart and resourceful;
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua.
