Working directly for the APAC Group Technology Head, Group Technology is looking for a APAC Chief of Staff based in Singapore to help strengthen business partnerships, develop & drive strategic initiatives and lead operations across 13 countries in APAC. Key responsibilities will involve:

– Client Focus and Partnership. Engaging proactively with the Global CoS community and being a trusted partner to our Heads of Technology, ensuring effective stakeholder relationship management and collaborating to drive the GT agenda in region.
– Culture and People. Champion, own and implement impactful strategic people initiatives associated to culture and workforce, including an effective communication strategy in relation to these initiatives. Lead staff engagement and enablement activities as well as CSR activities.
– Governance and Reporting. Managing a robust framework of governance and reporting for APAC Technology and locations to regional and global stakeholders.
– Program Management. Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, providing visibility to senior stakeholders and ensuring on-time delivery of sustainable solutions.
– Monitoring. Develop and own regional GT performance indicators.
