Responsibilities:

• Preparing and checking drawings of minor works submission and OFCA submission
• Preparing Minor works submission to Business Development
• Preparing and checking of RSE report for the construction work
• Managing consultants and sub-contractors

Requirements:

• 3+ years of structural design experience as a civil engineer
• Familiar with structural calculation methods and software
• Proficient in CAD drawing skills and other office software
• Familiar with local construction market, able to complete the BOQ based on design drawings and prepare cost analysis
• Familiar with Building (Minor Works) Regulation and application process
• Good communication with customers and team in Chinese is a must
• Subcontractor management capabilities
• Experience in civil design of telecommunications wireless base stations is preferred
• Hong Kong Perm Citizen is preferred
