Job Summary

Assist project manager/construction manager or other supervisors in coordination and management of exterior and interior project issues, including design, bidding, material procurement and on-site constr

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering or related majors.

At least 10 years’ related working experience in construction of high-rise office building, facade, steel structure/ fine decoration or related fields.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with clear expression.

Good health for working on-siteand long-term trips in various provinces of China.

Able to communicate in English.

Proficient in related software: AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office.

土木工程或工民建专业本科以上学历；

具有10年以上行业工作经验，具有高层办公楼土建，幕墙，钢结构/精装修相关经验；

语言表达清晰，良好的沟通能力、及表达能力；

身体健康，能够满足全国各地长期出差的需要；

英语有一定沟通能力；

熟练使用办公软件：AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office
