- Provide business support to relevant departments such as sales admin order processing, data consolidation and maintain the system back up.
- Handle general routine such as checking and updating cost & supplier invoices and ensure data input in a timely and accurate manner
- Prepare various of reports to relevant departments in the time manner.
- Formalize and maintain filing system for the department
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects as required by the Management
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- 2 year's clerical work experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using MSOffice, Outlook, and other computer software applications. Familiar with using Excel to prepare various of reports
- Detail minded, self-motivated, well organized with multi task
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
Working Location: Shek Mun, Shatin (near MTR station)
