Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operation of telemarketing centre
  • Handle customers’ enquires and conduct phone verifications of loan application
  • Assist to collect supporting documents and update related record in system
  • Handle loan drawdown arrangement
  • Ensure all loan applications are handled in compliance with company guidelines and requirements

Requirements

  • Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
  • Minimum 1 year’s working experience in telemarketing or sales support role is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, e.g. Word & Excel
  • Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
