- We are a leading FinTech solution provider for financial institutions in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific region
- We offer a diversified spectrum of financial technology solutions ranging from market data systems, trading systems and prime brokerage systems supporting global securities, futures, and options to consolidated account management platforms and offshore custody service solutions.
- We are increasing our FinTech offering to include digital payments and investments products integrating blockchain and A.I. technologies.
- The company's customers mainly include brokers, future companies, public funds, trust companies, insurance companies, banks, exchanges, private equity funds, among others
- We are looking for 客戶關係副經理/經理 X 2 posts - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- 國內分區域維繫及提升客戶關係，以協助推動業績增長
- 新客戶評估，定期重心客戶拜訪，向客戶彙報，收集訊息，爭取更多業務及委案
- 危機公關：妥善處理危機事件（如投訴等），化解問題
- 定期檢討區域內的客服工作，規劃及推行有效的工作方法，以提升客戶服務質素
- 部門內相關調研報告 / 資訊統籌 / 客戶績效分析
- 與其他部門溝通協調，藉以提升工作效率及優化流程
- 大學或以上學歷，3年以上相關經驗，熟悉客戶管理及服務意識；
- 良好溝通及跨地督管能力，具備綜合管理意識，幫助客服團隊優化服務;
- 成熟穩重，具有較強的服務及市場意識，良好職業素養，熟悉國內及香港金融機構客情關係者優先
- 亦歡迎來港進修碩士以上課程的國內專才加盟
- 擅長數據管理，良好的中、英文聽說讀寫能力，普通話流利
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
