BUSINESS AREA

Late Phase Data Management team is part of Biometrics Data Operations group in Development Operations Department. As clinical data is a heart of Clinical Research, in Data Management we are involved in all aspects of processing the Clinical Data, working with a range of computer applications, database systems to support collection, cleaning and management of subject or trial data.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The success of any clinical trial depends on the accurate generation, gathering, and analysis of data. For late phase DM roles we are searching for open minded (always open to new ideas and approaches) candidates, enthusiasts of simplicity and problem solvers, passionate about working with the data to deliver the best medicines to patients, accurate and paying attention to details, with good organizational and analytical skills and fluent English (both verbal and in writing) with a sense of humor and passion for work.

ESSENTIAL FOR THE ROLE

• Practical experience with object-oriented programming using .NET technologies, C#, Visual Basic, MS SQL, SAS

• Ability to work well within a team

• Problem-solving skills

• Ability to learn quickly

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Flexible and adaptable

• Interest in programming and data analysis

• Ability to meet project timelines

• Basic knowledge about clinical trials

• Master’s degree or Engineer/Bachelor preferred (in computer sciences, physics, mathematics or life sciences), but open to undergraduate students who can demonstrate strong interest in programming

PROCESS OVERVIEW

Posting is closing on 21st of April. All submitted applications will be verified by us and assessed based on the objective criteria. Selected candidates will receive an invitation to introduce and present themselves using HireVue - a tool that allows to sending d answers to recruitment questions in the form of video recordings. On the final stage of the process you will remotely meet the recruiting team consisting of representatives of a given department. At the beginning of June, we will announce a list of people for whom this year's internship program recruitment process was successful.

The internships will start in July and will last from 3 to 6 months, depending on the department. Initial training (onboarding) and all internships, for safety reasons, are designed fully in the remote formula.

In this year's internship program we will invite over 50 people to participate!
