Trial Safety Review Center (TRISARC) is a centrally organized team that performs the first-line review of safety data from clinical studies from the following therapeutic areas: Immuno-Oncology and Oncology (IO/ONCO); Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolic Disease (CVRM); Respiratory (RESPI). TRISARC raise queries in the RAVE for important and pre-specified safety data (SAE, AESI) to obtain critical or missing information required for medical assessment. This review, conducted in collaboration with Study Team Physicians and Medical Scientists, ensure medical completeness and accuracy of collected data.

• Last years student or Degree in a life-science profession such as pharmacist, nurse, nurse practitioner, dentist, veterinary surgeon, biotechnologist

• Interest and appropriate level of knowledge and/or experience in areas of medicine in which AZ is doing research providing stable good knowledge in the field of SAE review and other safety-related events

• Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines

• Knowledge of SAE reporting requirements

• Displays excellent organization and time management skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment with shifting priorities

• Analytical skills, and ability to concisely summarize large amounts of complex information

• Computer proficiency

• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English

• Exhibit of AZ Values and Behaviours

ESSENTIAL:

• Medical/life science background

• Analytical skills and attention to details - Fluent English (written and spoken)

DESIRABLE:

• Pharmacovigilance experience
