Responsibilities：
1. Identify and develop potential customers in non-residence property service projects, including industrial park, embassy and international school, etc. Make development strategy, lead the tender process and close the deal to achieve the business goals.
2. Build and manage the influential relationship with key customers, identify and analyze their needs, develop more business opportunities to meet the operations targets.
3. Carry out market research, analyze the competitors to gain the knowledge of market insights and industry trends.

Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s degree, in sales and marketing is plus.
2. 3+ years experiences in property service or a similar role, good knowledge of property management, have successful case is plus.
3. Fluent in English, Native speaker preferred.
4. Positive, strong interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated and result oriented.
