• Clients: A Leading Main Contractor
• Position: Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil / Building)
• Responsibilities:
• Handle main contract and sub-contract budgeting, cost estimate, procurement, final account, VO valuation, measurement & other QS practices
• Advise the project team on contractual and commercial matters
• Salary: $30-65K+, bonus, medical

Requirements

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or relevant disciplines
• Professional qualification is an add advantage. e.g., HKIS, RICS
• Minimum 7 years' relevant working experience
• Experienced in the construction of civil, government, infrastructure or building projects
• Good command of Chinese and English
