O estagiário de operações comerciais oferecerá suporte diário ao departamento de operações de vendas e a outro departamento relevante. O estagiário deve ser capaz de realizar várias tarefas ao mesmo tempo e preparado para gerenciar uma ampla variedade de responsabilidades que podem mudar diariamente

Nesta posição você irá...

• Responsável pela atualização de relatórios existentes e geração de novos insights utilizando as ferramentas disponíveis
• Realizar atividades relacionadas ao suporte da força de vendas
• Manter um conhecimento básico de conceitos e tópicos relacionados a empresa.
• A partir das ferramentas da empresa, ajudar a identificar oportunidades para o crescimento da empresa
• Compreender a ajudar nas analises para a equipe e força de vendas
• Manter um relacionamento com a equipe de vendas com o intuito de compreender as necessidades
• Outra tarefa atribuída pelo especialista do departamento.

Para esta posição você precisa...

REQUISITOS

• Graduação em andamento, Administração de Empresas, Marketing ou formação similar para 2022 ou posterior

HABILIDADES DE COMUNICAÇÃO

• nativo português
• Inglês - avançado
• Ler e interpretar documentos básicos.
• Escrever relatórios de rotina e correspondência.
• Comunicar eficazmente com clientes internos e externos.

HABILIDADE NO COMPUTADOR:

• Familiaridade com o ambiente do Windows.
• Capacidade de aprender aplicativos de software rapidamente.
• Excel intermediário (tabela dinâmica, fórmulas, PROCV)

OUTRAS HABILIDADES:

• Proativo

About this opportunity

The sales operations intern will offer daily support to sales operation department, and other relevant department. The sales operations intern must be able to multitask and prepared to manage a wide variety of responsibilities that can change on a daily basis

In this role, you will…

• Responsible for updating existing reports and generating new insights using the available tools
• Perform activities related to sales force support
• Maintain a basic knowledge of concepts and topics related to the company.
• Using the company's tools, help identify opportunities for the company's growth
• Understand and help with analysis for the team and sales force
• Maintain a relationship with the sales team in order to understand the needs
• Another task assigned by the department's specialist.

In this role, you’ll need …

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation in progress, Business Administration, Marketing or similar training for 2022 or later

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• native Portuguese
• Advanced English
• Read and interpret basic documents
• Write routine and correspondence reports.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

COMPUTER SKILL:

• Familiarity with the Windows environment.
• Ability to learn software applications quickly.
• Intermediate Excel (pivot table, formulas, VLOOKUP)

OTHER SKILLS:

• Proactive
  • Proactively searches for necessary information
• Analytical skills
• Ability to focus attention on details
  • Actions / decisions are driven by the analysis of available information
  • Able to analyze a specific issue from its beginning to the end
