- Leading provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial services sector worldwide with over 30 offices in over 20 jurisdictions globally
- Our clients include many of the world’s largest institutions and professional firms.
- We are looking for COMPANY SECRETARIAL ASSISTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Work in the corporate services department
- To provide corporate services in a multi-jurisdiction environment
- To coordinate activities relating to administering a portfolio of client companies and involve in client contact
- To provide information to clients on company secretarial and statutory compliance matters for Hong Kong and overseas companies
- University degree or graduate of recognized professional institute in company secretarial studies
- 1-3 years relevant experience gained from certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice
- Graduate or Finalist of HKICS / ICSA is highly prefer
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Sheung Wan
- Candidates with more solid experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer (2 posts)
