THE COMPANY :
- Leading provider of corporate, trust and fund services to the financial services sector worldwide with over 30 offices in over 20 jurisdictions globally
- Our clients include many of the world's largest institutions and professional firms.
- We are looking for CORPORATE SERVICE SUPERVISOR – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- To provide corporate services in a multi-jurisdiction environment
- To coordinate activities relating to administering a portfolio of client companies and involve in client contact
- To provide information to clients on company secretarial and statutory compliance matters for overseas companies (e.g. BVI, CAyman, Bahamas, Seychelles, etc)
- Degree holder or Company Secretarial studies
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience gained from certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice
- Graduate or Finalist of HKICS / ICSA is highly prefer
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese / Putonghua
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing)
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 12 days
- Medical benefits
- Office location : Central District
- Less experience will be considered as Corporate Services Officer (2 posts)
