The supply Chain organization, which has worldwide business responsibility for IC Test Systems is looking for a Component Obsolescence Manager. This new position needs to pro-active address a long lifecycle of our products in a fast-changing component market.

You are the owner and have the freedom to enhance and define with cross functional teams innovative ideas to support long lifecycles (up to 20y) .

You need to act as well as a Project Manager to lead holistically the development of procurement processes and relevant topics without hesitation to get involved in detailed tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop a new Obsolescence strategy

• Developing and improving strategies for innovative service concepts around the topic of obsolescence management
• Own and drive a cross functional team to implement the new obsolescence strategy into processes and tools (internal and external)
• Drives the conceptional and strategic orientation of the obsolescence management embedded in a strategical and tactical component team
• Additionally through your expertise you contribute to an optimization of supply chain supporting processes by identifying gaps and contribute to integrated solutions
