Job Summary

对项目全过程各阶段的工程档案管理进行统筹规划；

对施工现场发生的费用变更进行有效的管理；

对项目的设计阶段、招标阶段进行统筹规划。

Minimum Requirements

本科以上学历，土木工程，结构等相关专业。

15年以上项目管理经验。

有商业办公楼和深基坑施工经验。

一级注册建造师或注册结构师。

中级工程师及以上。

熟练掌握Microsoft office 软件。

Preferred Qualifications

有大型专业项目管理公司工作经历者优先。
