We aim at delivering technical consultancy to developers, financiers, governments, councils and other relevant bodies on the development of low-carbon, climate change and sustainability solutions in the East Asia region from front end project development to project planning and design.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies, solutions, design schemes and technical specifications for smart city and sustainable infrastructure development under various domains, in particular urban planning, resources (energy/water/waste), building, environment and mobility
• Interface coordination with government departments, technology suppliers and other utilities
• Report and proposal writing, formulate and develop business and skills in the area of smart city planning in Hong Kong and East Asia region
• Work closely with the various subject matter specialists involved with the implementation and management of different smart city strategies and applications

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Candidates with experiences in design and construction projects for infrastructure will be an advantage
• 6 years of experience for the position of Consultant, 3 years of experience for the position of Assistant Consultant. A higher rank would be considered for those candidate with more than 8 years of experience.
• Good understanding and knowledge of ICT and Green Technology industry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, ability to set priority and be multi-tasking
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with people from different disciplines
• A passion for a future smart city development in this region enabled by technology would be a key requirement
• Ability to work independently and think critically
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Occasional business travel as and when required
