Job Duties:

• Implement solution in intelligent automation, smart manufacturing and smart logistics to provide solutions by acquiring new technology in automation, digitalization, intelligent technology, and/or system integration.
• Participate in projects on various smart manufacturing applications of new technology (i.e., intelligent automation and robotics, smart devices, machine vision, IoT, simulation, MES, APS, etc.)
• Manage project teams to implement clients’ and government consultancy project according to the council mission and performance indexes
• Prepare and develop project proposals and compile reports, liaise with clients on project requirements and implementation
• Broaden network with industry/vendors/solution providers/relevant associations, and foster partnership to promote and market the smart manufacturing consultancy service, and develop training courses/ workshops/ study missions
• Occasional travel to the mainland to carry out projects

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above from disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics and Robotics, Intelligent System, System Engineering or equivalent
• Five years’ or more relevant experience
• Experience in customized automation development preferred
• Skill in smart manufacturing system development and applications an advantage
• Good leadership, interpersonal, presentation, communication, and marketing skills
• Mature, self-motivated, can work under pressure, willing to learn and take challenge
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
