We are looking for

Consumer Care Trainee who is eager to support the Health Systems department, within Consumer Care team of eight people. On a regular basis, you will be enabling the smooth operation of the technical service by providing support related to registration of new issues, coordinating the repairing process as well as coordinating accurate and timely case closure.

You are responsible for

• Accepting & registering issues

• Generating offers

• Ordering parts for repairs

• Supporting the mailbox of the medical service

• Attending calls when needed

• Providing support in planning FSE on site

• IB (Install Base) change request

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Student of the last year/ recent graduate

• Fluent in Polish and English both written and spoken

• Available to work 40h/ week

• Great eye for detail

• Consumer-oriented attitude
