Job Description

The Coupa Programme is global transformation programme to enable AstraZeneca to improve our purchase to pay process for our indirect spend. We are implementing Coupa to accelerate our P2P processes, make better spend decisions, save money, standardize processes and have one single, global platform. Content & Supplier Enablement Workstreams play crucial role in ensuring successful change management for the programme throughout effective communication and engagement with internal (Procurement) and external (Suppliers) stakeholders.

The intern with work directly with our dedicated programme team for a couple of months when every day brings new challenges and new opportunities to learn. The intern will be able to gain and demonstrate project management, communication, presentation, data analytics skills while deepening understanding of biopharmaceutical industry. We have a diverse environment and dedicated people that enjoy sharing their knowledge.

We are looking also for a student who is a creative, curious, dynamic and open minded person.

You must possess natural curiosity to solve problems, be cooperative and energized by tough challenges. We would expect you to demonstrate strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and general knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Excel (knowledge of BI tools like QlickSense or PowerBI is a plus). As the programme team members are located across the global we would expect you to feel confident in using Business English language skills every day. Depending on your background, you may be tasked with deliverables related to digital communication design and execution, data analytics, data models building, supporting training design and delivery, supporting process documentation, supporting system solution building and testing.
