Job Descriptions:

• 1 year Government contract (5-day week)(Contract will be renewed depends on performance.)
• Provide day-to-day support services to user workstations, computer servers, and network equipment. On call after hours, as well as Monday to Sunday, but will get the time off afterwards. Shall carry mobile phone for support.
• Provide technical advices and implementation of computer projects
• Interact and follow up with vendors and government departments for maintenance and fault reported for any computer equipment and software until case completed
• Maintain the inventory record of the computer equipment
• Provide technical assistance for relocating/establishing computer equipment

Job Requirements:  

• 2-4 years of post-qualification IT working experiences
• 1-2 years of experience in :

• n  Performing day-to-day LAN Administration jobs

  n  Maintaining and troubleshooting of Active Directory and Windows server (2012 or above) using DHCP, DNS, Remote Access Service

  n  Supporting Windows Server 2012 or above on IIS 7.0 Web Services (troubleshoot Internet and Intranet problems)

  n  Supporting Lotus Notes Mail System (R9.1 or above) including Confidential Mail System

  n  Supporting Domino Server R9.0 or above in Window Server 2012 or above

  n  Performing disaster recovery on operating systems and mail services

  n  Performing IT infrastructure set up such as network & cabling, plotters or printers & internet access

  n  Relocating rack, patch panel, hub and labeler

  n  Troubleshooting hardware and software in servers, PCs, notebook computers and mobile devices

  n  Set up, installation and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.

•  

  Helpdesk support exp.  

• Below professional qualifications are preferred :

  n  Microsoft Certified IT Professional – Windows 10  Enterprise Administrator

  n  Microsoft Certified IT Professional – Windows Server 2012/2016 Enterprise Administrator

  n  Administration of Symantec Backup Exec 2012 or above
