About this Role:

At Nielsen, we collect the data from all our stakeholders to give better insights for our clients. The key people in collecting this data are our on-field data collectors. This involves exception handling, the anticipation of the reasons for exceptions, and providing solutions. This role also takes care of data acquisition compliance and quality through remote monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Audit work in designated stores
• Conduct data collection through a scanning machine
• Perform administrative tasks
• Prepare fieldwork materials
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

• F.5 graduate or above
• Relevant experience will be an advantages
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Willing to learn, self-motivated and detail-oriented 
• Fluent in Cantonese and good level of English
• Immediate available is preferred
• Some experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
