Description

Reporting to a Senior Associate, this role will be responsible for:

• Conducting due diligence
• Assisting with legal research on cross-border matters
• Drafting verification notes, simple sections of the prospectus and agreements
• Reviewing and proofreading legal documents
• Translation
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Profile

The candidate must have some practical corporate legal experience and have completed their legal studies in PRC or the US. Strong Mandarin and English language skills are required.
