#### Position Description:


This person will be accountable for the performance of and day to day
management of the Motorola India online store, and will work closely with
cross-functional partners within Marketing and with broader teams to ensure
optimum performance.

To be successful here, we need someone in India, with deep knowledge of the
India market, especially in e-commerce (own website / sell-side of
marketplaces), to make sure we are driving the right experience and
initiatives.  Manager key activities -

-Managing the performance and operation of the Online store in India
\- Identifying opportunities for growth in revenue and improving the
experience
\- Developing strategic /  tactical plans for the market and gaining executive
support
\- Implementing plans and providing regulate updates and reporting.

#### Position Requirements:


7-8 years of sales experience
