About this opportunity

The Creative Design Specialist will focus on providing creative executional support for our, Consultative Services Division, ADAPT by Align® program marketing efforts. The specialist’s secondary focus will be supporting the Align’s Business Innovation department with creative asset creation and implementation for their projects supporting the Invisalign® brand.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Collaborates with others – This position will work closely with ADAPT by Align team members, Align Senior Marketplace Design Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, Senior Marketplace Development Trainer, and other cross functional partners to create and deploy marketing assets for the ADAPT by Align program.

Asset creation – Typical marketing assets to be created would include digital and print ads, email campaigns, consumer journey assets, graphics for training modules, front end web and mobile app design, copywriting, blog posts, and social media posts that align with both the ADAPT by Align’s and the program doctors’ brands.

In this role, you will…

• Create marketing materials and other graphic assets for ADAPT clients in alignment with their marketing strategies and the ADAPT by Align brand guidelines.
• Coordinate between Align consumer marketing, Align GP marketing, and Align Ortho marketing departments to ensure the best available marketing assets are being utilized in the ADAPT program.
• Present design ideas to professionals outside of the design community.
• Coordinate logistics around physical marketing asset deliveries to ADAPT clients.
• Manage the roll-out of new marketing campaigns to existing ADAPT clients
• Track data and personal feedback from ADAPT clients on marketing effectiveness and adjust marketing materials as required.
• Assist ADAPT clients with selecting their own local 3rd party marketing agencies.
• Train ADAPT clients’ staff to be able to manage day-to-day marketing initiatives.
• Create design assets for the Align Business Innovation department.

In this role, you’ll need …

• Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional marketing and graphic design experience. 
• Strong portfolio of work.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends as well as physical and digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing techniques on social media platforms.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office on Windows OS.  
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mind set.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly to meet team needs.
• Ability and willingness to travel within the united states
• Requires 10%-25% travel. Especially while onboarding to the ADAPT by Align program.
