Job Duties:

• Provide exceptional service and be able to adress customers' enquiries effectively
• Make recommendations on customers' need to improve the quality of care standards
• Maintain relationship with members through courtesy calls to maximize the level of satisfaction
• Provide customer service in response to wriiten enquiries

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 to 2 year's relevant experience in a call center environment, healthcare related is preferred
• Committed to provide a high standard of service to our members
