Job Description
Our client is a multinational banking and financial services holding company. To meet their constant growth, they are now seeking a Digital Banking Customer Service Specialist. You will be given full support from the experienced team members in the field.
Responsibilities
- Tend to in-bound calls
- Assist with customer enquires
- Assist with customers’ membership transactions
- Provide excellent customer service
- No selling is required
Requirement
- Bachelor Degree Holder is preferred but not a must
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
- 1-2 years of work experience; preferably in Banking and Finance industry

Work hour: Monday – Friday 09:00-18:00 ; Saturday 09:00-13:00
