Job Description

YOUR ROLE

This position will provide an outstanding level of service by managing customer needs in the most professional manner.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and experience when handling enquiries and problems
  • Ensure all customer orders are entered into the system and processed accordingly
  • Ensure all related financial processes are completed timely and accurately
  • Identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

To be considered, you should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and ideally in a 3PL or warehouse environment. You are customer oriented, and able to work well under pressure. Proficiency in Mandarin is required for this role.
