Job Description
Job responsibilities:
1、Be responsible for the reception and guidance of visiting customers and customer registration management;
2、Be responsible for receiving the demand feedback from the reception service platform, timely promoting and tracking the demand progress (work order system, call system, online platform system);
3、Be responsible for statistics, recording and archiving of demand data generated by online service platform and forming traceability;
4、Be responsible for regularly handling the unanswered calls from the hotline, and regularly conducting telephone review and return visits;
5、Periodically summarize the demand feedback of online service platform;
6、Be responsible for other work assigned by the superior.

Qualifications:
1、College degree or above,Currently living in Shanghai;
2、Under 30 years old, male or female, female height more than 1.63 meters, male height more than 1.78 meters, 1+ year of customer service reception experience;
3、Mandarin standard, sweet voice, quick and flexible response, clear thinking, good language expression ability and good at communication;
4、Europeans in China, Fluent English, High level of Chinese listening and speaking is preferred;
5、Familiar with word, Excel, PPT and other common office software;
6、Good sense of service, teamwork, patience and meticulous, serious and responsible.
