Agilent Technologies is looking for a Customer Service Centre Manager for the recently created Barcelona technical call qualification hub, which provides technical telephone support for our customers across the whole of Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • Using your people management and leadership skills, you will be responsible for the management of an inhouse team of multi lingual technically trained engineers.

  • Drive uncompromised "customer first attitude" throughout the organisation

  • Actively drive the Customer Service centre operation to meet or exceed financial, business performance & customers related objectives

  • Manage the infrastructure (network, telephony & tools) to create an efficient work environment for the organisation

  • Work with customers & European management teams to identify improvement opportunities

  • Ensure successful deployment of the EMEAI initiative in working closely with other teams
