Responsible for the Business Administration of the Customer Service Segment especially for the On-Call/Service Contract Portfolio: Order monitoring and control (from booking to billing) Coordinate and cooperate with PM to ensure smooth process of the On-Call business Support the 'Dispatcher' personnel to arrange field service engineer on-site service schedule Communicate with the customer in relation to the orders and administration process required Maintain On-Call orders report for day-today business Requirements: Min. S1 Economic Major from respectable University (Domestic or Abroad) Organization: Siemens Energy Company: P.T. Siemens Indonesia Experience Level: Early Professional Job Type: Full-time
