Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer's enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
• No need cold calling just handle inbound call only
• work on shift including weekends and public holidays

Requirements :

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• With 1 year customer service experience in call center or hotline is preferable, Fresh Graduate will also be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proactive, Good telephone manner & Customer-oriented
