The Job

  • Client: The Service Center of a renowned brand of Consumer Electronics
  • Position: Customer Service Executive(s)
  • Responsibilities: Based in the service center to answer customer enquiries; arrange repair and maintenance of products
  • $14K. bonus, medical



  • Secondary educated
  • Relevant front-line CS experience preferred but not a must as training will be provided
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese (include Putonghua)
  • Candidates without experience but possess strong interest in customer services are also welcome
