Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handling customer telephone calls & complaints in hotline centre  

  • Maintain client relationship and provide customer services 

  • Perform administrative duties and assist to ad-hoc job tasks 

Requirements: 

  • Form 5 /Diploma or above; with 1 year working experience in Customer Services, Retails Sales and call Centre 

  • Experience from Telecom, IT, hotline and call centre preferrable 

  • Good in English, Cantonese and Putonghua 

  • Good communication skills, telephone manner & good customer services skills etc
