Description

  • Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Customer Service Team and Cashiering Team
  • Monitor the Customer Service Team to support the business managing customer orders and complaints and managing inventory.
  • Driving process improvement and liaise with Retail Operations Department to ensure in-store services are in compliance with Company's standard
  • Ensure accurate and efficient cashiering services to support the daily store operations
  • Provide customer service and cashiering training to internal staff
  • Shift duty is required

Profile

  • 10 years relevant work experience in customer service and complaint handling, with experience in retail industry
  • Customer oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, well organized and a good team player
  • Good numerical sense with analytical thinking
