Description
- Responsible for managing day-to-day operations of Customer Service Team and Cashiering Team
- Monitor the Customer Service Team to support the business managing customer orders and complaints and managing inventory.
- Driving process improvement and liaise with Retail Operations Department to ensure in-store services are in compliance with Company's standard
- Ensure accurate and efficient cashiering services to support the daily store operations
- Provide customer service and cashiering training to internal staff
- Shift duty is required
Profile
- 10 years relevant work experience in customer service and complaint handling, with experience in retail industry
- Customer oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Mature, well organized and a good team player
- Good numerical sense with analytical thinking
