Job Description
  • Customer Service position to assist the company in Administrative & Clerical Duties.
  • Maintain records of reports and information within company standards.

Client Details

Our client is a Chinese Investment Bank and Brokerage firm that is a constituent of SSE 50 Index and CSI 100 Index. They are looking for a candidate to join their customer service team to assist in back-office duties.

Description

  • Conduct clerical and administrative duties that includes scanning, filing, data entry and document checking to support the department.
  • Review documents and files to obtain information when requested.
  • Compile records and reports to then proof-read data and information to ensure standard are met.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree holders in Finance/Business or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 1 years of securities firm experience or relevant financial institutions.
  • Strong PC knowledge MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing.
  • Preferably prior experience of working in Customer Service or administrative jobs.
  • Independent worker that can offer high-quality work.
  • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is Mandatory. English would be a plus.
