Job Description
- Customer Service position to assist the company in Administrative & Clerical Duties.
- Maintain records of reports and information within company standards.
Client Details
Our client is a Chinese Investment Bank and Brokerage firm that is a constituent of SSE 50 Index and CSI 100 Index. They are looking for a candidate to join their customer service team to assist in back-office duties.
Description
- Conduct clerical and administrative duties that includes scanning, filing, data entry and document checking to support the department.
- Review documents and files to obtain information when requested.
- Compile records and reports to then proof-read data and information to ensure standard are met.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Profile
- Bachelor's degree holders in Finance/Business or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 1 years of securities firm experience or relevant financial institutions.
- Strong PC knowledge MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing.
- Preferably prior experience of working in Customer Service or administrative jobs.
- Independent worker that can offer high-quality work.
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is Mandatory. English would be a plus.
