We are now hiring below position for leading Telecommunication Company:

• Response to customer's inquiry and complaint through email and live chat platform
• 8 - 9.5 hours per day (shift between 8am-10pm), 5-6 days per week (shift holidays)
• HKCEE / HKDSE with 1 year full time working experience
• Good command in read and written English & Chinese
• Optional: Night shift allowance $1500-1800 will be entitled if you are willing to off at 00am
