Job Description

Our client is a trade finance platform (Fintech) for SMEs across the Greater China Region. They are one of the HK fast-growing companies with significant presence within financial industry. The vision of the company is for SMEs/ Ecom/ OTAs/ Institution Investors to gain access to quick quality capital.

Client Details

Our client is one of the fast-growing financial institutions in the Greater China Region. Business aims to help SME (10,000 funding SMEs) businesses to raise affordable working capital from professional investors through the online trade platform. With a mind to further expand their business in Hong Kong, they are now seeking for a business-minded candidate to drive for an innovative and digital servicing model to exceed their customer expectation.

Description

  • Handle email, live chat, inbound and outbound call on all customer enquiries in a proactive and positive manner
  • Evaluate problems / issues raised by customer and provide solution effectively to build customer loyalty
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate to team head if necessary

Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service/ client servicing/ call center (Banking/ Investment/ Fintech or other Financial Services) is preferred. Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • 4-8 years of experience will be considered as a senior position
  • Good in verbal and written English and Mandarin
  • Excellent in customer service mindset and interpersonal communication skill

Job Offer

  • Shift duties is required (5 days work week)
