Job Description
Ensure close working relationship with EMEAI(Europe & India) country Sales & Service Contact Centers (SSC) for a smooth transfer of the activities and to maintain the daily operation at agreed service level targets.
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITES :
1. Individual contributor responsible for timely execution of pre defined scheduling tasks for EMEAI & SAJK
2. Point of contact for the internal European colleagues at the EMEAI SSC's & field Engineer
3. Responsible to escalate any potential issues to predefined internal contacts
 
As part of this team, Agent is responsible for predefined tasks such as:
1. Logging calls for PM activities, wherever the CE's need support
2. following up with customers to get the scheduling dates
3. Help the CE with the service confirmation errors resolution
4. Close looping with SSC to get the response to the end customer on time and ensure customer satisfaction
5. Help the CE with the service confirmation closure tasks.
6. Order Parts for CE
 
This role requires , sense of responsibilities, quality in work delivered, flexibility and very good English communication skills both verbal and written.
