Responsibilities 職責:

• Handle guests’ enquiries/booking and daily transactions in the STATION.
  處理顧客查詢/預約及日常交易
• Provide check-in/out services and support to guests.
  辨理登記手續及提供顧客支援服務
• Maintain smooth operation in the STATION.
  保持SIXPAD STATION的運作順暢
• Promote our products and services to potential clients.
  產品及服務推廣
• Perform administrative duties such as data-entry.
  負責一般文書工作，如：資料輸入

Requirements 要求:

• Diploma holder or above.
  大專或以上程度
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer services/front desk services.
  一年或以上客戶服務/前台經驗
• Basic computer knowledge with database management.
  擁有電腦基本知識，包括數據管理
• Outgoing, self-motivated & keen in teamwork.
  性格外向主動和熱衷於團隊合作
• Cantonese speaker. Proficiency in spoken Putonghua/English will be an advantage.
  操流利廣東話，良好英語及普通話者優先考慮
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
