In this role you will be working under BMG PRC in Sales and Marketing Group and take on a role supporting sales operations for customers in PRC.
This position plays a critical part in managing customer orders, supply chain requirements, and inquiries relates to product info, logistic etc.
You are expected to follow business process but drive for improvements where there is possible.
You will be also responsible for customer satisfaction by driving operation quality and accuracy in timely response.
You will need to work with other business team to collaborate and drive for efficiency by analyzing and sharing the data and indicators.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree preferred. Business, Economics or Supply Chain or related field preferred.
2. Fluent oral and written English, mandarin as a must.
3. Excellent communication and collaboration skill
4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Excel(familiar with functions as Macro, V-lookup, etc), PowerPoint, Outlook for daily operation with good presentation skills.
5. Able to deliver the planned task based on documented business process and meet time & quality requirement both independently and in a team environment.
6. Prior experience in supply chain related area is preferred.
