Job Description :

 

  • The candidate will be working with the CMG team as BPA and must have back end operation experience. Helping to support Global CMG business where He/ She needs to handle CMG volume, Guide Team and lead/support projects/initiatives.

 

Mandatory Requirements:

 

  • Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
  • Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Facilitate process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
  • Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement or concerns
  • Identify issues and risks
  • Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
  • Participate in the problem resolution
  • Extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review
  • Critical thinker, Creative problem solver, Great analytical skills, Data-driven approach
  • Problem-solving abilities: process analysts think creatively to solve their Partner' problems, so they need to have strong troubleshooting skills to find new ways to help clients achieve their goals
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, as would need to engage with partners to understand their business needs and requirements and work closely with colleagues, and customers to gather information, so they need to have strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as be good listeners.
  • Advanced level in MS-Excel.
  • Operational experience is mandate
  • Experienced working in a multi-cultural, global environment.
  • Strong customer-focus and results orientation.
  • Good team player and a strong ability to work independently.
  • Night Shift
  • Experience - At least 5-7 years of total work experience.

 

 

Desired Requirement :

 

  • SAP CRM would be added advantage.
  • Green Zone (Gurgaon , Dwarka Nearby)
  • Prior Experience in Operations
  • 5-7 Years Overall experience
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certification added benefit
