Customer Service Representative

Job Description
岗位职责:

合同编制、签订,以及订单执行情况跟踪;

合同及客户资料档案管理;

每周召开销售订单生产沟通会议(SIOP),每月末出具结转合同的报告;

协助办理收款手续;

配合客户现场验收、审核,以及来访接待安排。

Qualifications


1) 本科及以上学历,机械、电气等工科相关专业;
2) 2-3年配电行业背景;
3) 具有良好的沟通能力和执行力;
4) 熟练应用办公软件;
5) 工作细心,责任心强;
6) 英语良好。
