For many of our customers, this is their first time exploring the city and they may have many questions, we want our CSR’s to provide excellent service answering questions, whether it be our tours, attractions we offer, maybe even directions to famous icons.

We turn tourists into explorers and our CSR’s are in many cases the first part of the Big Bus Story for our customers. First impressions are important so we expect our team to be properly groomed, look professional.

Responsibility

• To be the face of our business to the customer on the street;
• Respond to companywide goals and initiatives by striving to exceed individual goals that are set each day;
• Engage our potential customers through tactful ways to discover their needs, company policies and local selling regulations;
• To explain the Big Bus product and match the right product to the customer’s needs;
• Provide customer service including directions, advisement on attractions and general information;
• Provide our customers with genuine approach to customer service and entertain them during their experience as well as check issued tickets to ensure accuracy of customer purchase;
• To manage conflict with consumers and ensure it ends in a positive experience;
• Report to work on time, in appropriate uniform, representing the brand appropriately and with pride;
• Alert supervisors of any transactional issues, incidents in a timely manner;
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions:

Handle cash, credit cards properly.

Process credit card transactions.

Reconcile revenue with a waybill at the end of each day.

• Minimize losses through careful processing of all monetary transactions and keeping record of all sales, vouchers, and receipts;
• To carry out other tasks as may be reasonably requested.

 Requirements:

• Have the right to live and work in Hong Kong
• Shift work including public holidays and weekends
• Willing to work outdoors (You will be on your feet, walking/standing for most of the day)
• Good command of English
• Additional languages skills welcome Skills
• Excellent sales skills and able to work under pressure
• Focused and self-driven to achieve sales goals
• Enthusiastic and outgoing
• Must be able to interact with and speak to customers and potential customers
• Must have the ability to work effectively and competently without close supervision.
• Good working attitude with strong team work morale

Remuneration

• Basic salary with monthly Attractive Bonus and Discretion Bonus
• 12 Days Annual Leave
• Medical plan & MPF
• Full Time : Average Monthly Salary: HK$15,000+
• Part Time : HK$60 per hour
