Responsibilities:

• Proactively to serve, greet customers and response to customers needs in our customer centres
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints & bookings on timely basis
• Provide administrative support to the team 

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or any related disciplines
• 1 years’ experience in Hospitality/ Customer Service field will be an advantage
• Presentable, customer oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Well-organised, able to work under minimum supervision, and self-motivated
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
