Job Description

The Job

  • Client: The CS Hotline of a renowned Airline
  • Position: Customer Service Supervisor / Customer Service Executive
  • Responsibilities: You will be based in the call center and work under the member service hotline of the Airline. You will answer inquiries from world-wide members on flight schedule, ticket reservation, updates on member privileges, handling complaints, etc
  • $15-28K basic salary. 5-day work. Medical. Year-end bonus. Performance Incentive. $2-3K shift allowance.

 

Requirements

  • Secondary educated
  • 1 year or above experience in customer services
  • Relevant experience in call center environment will be an advantage but not a must
  • For Supervisor position, relevant supervisory experience in call center environment is required
  • Strong passion in travel industry
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese
  • Speaker of a third language (Putonghua / Japanese / Korean, etc) will be an advantage
  • Candidates without previous CS experience but possess strong interest in the industry are also welcome
