Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide inbound and outbound service support on all customer enquiries in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Provide Forex and Bullion trading solutions, education, platform and market information to self-trading clients.
  • Work closely with sales colleagues and internal teams, to provide client servicing and reporting support for various business channel.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with existing and new clients.
  • Assist in ad-hoc project and other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate Should Be: 

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor holder in Economics / Finance / Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 1 years’ customer services experience in financial industry.
  • Customer oriented with excellent communication skill.
  • Self-motivated, positive, eager to learn and good team player with strong common sense and able to work under pressure.
  • Native in Cantonese and fluent in English & Mandarin is a must.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and word-processing (both English and Chinese).
  • Experience in Forex or Bullion trading is preferred.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
