Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To process delivery orders daily, prepare picking lists and delivery notes

  • To verify cargo in / out and prepare related documents

  • Sales orders follow up

  • To maintain accurate records in system and document filing

  • To coordinate daily operation between various departments, ensure customer satisfaction of service quality

  • To handle customers’ inquiries and perform clerical jobs

  • Assist in any ad-hoc when necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above is preferred

  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience

  • Proficient in computer knowledge, such as MS Word and Excel

  • A good team player and sound communication skills

  • Good command of English and Chinese including Mandarin

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Location: Tsuen Wan 

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
