工作內容 Main Responsibilities:
- 了解顧客要求, 提供優質會員服務
- Build customer loyalty by satisfying customers' needs
- 協助會員處理一切有關會籍事宜,包括機票行程及酒店預訂
- Handle customers' membership and assist them with hotel booking, transactions and reservation
- 接聽及處理客戶來電的查詢及投訴
- Provide excellent customer service through handling customers' inquiries and requests via phones
工作要求 Requirements:
- 高級文憑或副學士以上程度
- Associate / Higher Diploma or above
- 具良好中英文溝通能力 (薪金視乎個人英文程度作調整)
- Good command of spoken and written of Chinese and English
- 具良好服務態度及應對技巧
- Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skill
- 有耐性、性格開朗、主動積極、適應能力強
- Patient, outgoing,proactive with strong adaptability
- 韓語程度六级或以上/日語程度N2或以上可獲額外津貼
- Language allowance for Korean & Japanese
