工作內容 Main Responsibilities:

  • 了解顧客要求, 提供優質會員服務
  • Build customer loyalty by satisfying customers' needs
  • 協助會員處理一切有關會籍事宜,包括機票行程及酒店預訂
  • Handle customers' membership and assist them with hotel booking, transactions and reservation
  • 接聽及處理客戶來電的查詢及投訴
  • Provide excellent customer service through handling customers' inquiries and requests via phones

 

工作要求 Requirements:

  • 高級文憑或副學士以上程度
  • Associate / Higher Diploma or above
  • 具良好中英文溝通能力 (薪金視乎個人英文程度作調整)
  • Good command of spoken and written of Chinese and English
  • 具良好服務態度及應對技巧
  • Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skill
  • 有耐性、性格開朗、主動積極、適應能力強
  • Patient, outgoing,proactive with strong adaptability
  • 韓語程度六级或以上/日語程度N2或以上可獲額外津貼
  • Language allowance for Korean & Japanese
  • 歡迎畢業生申請
