Job Description

If you also want to gain valuable customer service experience in provisioning and supporting cloud computing services back-up by global cloud vendors like Microsoft – We want to hear from you!

You will join the primary contact team to assist customers in onboarding their subscribed cloud computing services. You will be trained to be the first point of contact for customers with subscription and billing enquires and to provide them with great and friendly advices.  You will learn the service provisioning knowledge about the latest cloud computing products from Microsoft. You will work in a smart and friendly company culture to deliver, to support and to learn.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level customer service, hotline and billing support to the customer
  • Handle customer contract and assist in operation performance reporting
  • Validate and process orders for Cloud Computing service subscriptions
  • Coordinate service provision for customer orders using integrated business support system as well as vendor ordering platforms
  • Properly follow the prescribed procedures and workflows to complete the tasks accurately according to internal and external committed timelines and service levels
  • Assign, monitor and escalate dispatched tasks to technical teams and vendors related to service provision
  • Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above in any discipline
  • Min. 1-year relevant experience in customer order provision and customer enquiry hotline is highly preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • A warm, approachable and helpful manner
  • Passionate, effective, hardworking, patient and willing to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook is a plus
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
